It’s strange that the BBC should publish something like this when at the same time their Baghdad correspondent, Caroline Hawley, never wastes an opportunity to portray Iraq as a lawless wasteland where children are forced to bathe in raw sewage. Perhaps if she ventured outside her hotel once in a while she’d discover that things are most definitely better than they were before the occupation and improving.
