Why does no-one ever oppose the bloody Olympics on the grounds that they are part of Globalisation?

The Lea Valley section is a nicer part of the London canal network. If you go further westwards into Hackney and Tower Hamlets, the canal takes a different route at Victoria Park and travels south to Limehouse Basin.
If you’ve ever played Half Life 2, the episode called “Route Kanal”, then you’ll know exactly what it is like.
